Fixed Operations Manager Open Road Recreation
This management position reports to the General Manager. The position requires the management of the Parts and Service Departments in an efficient and profitable manner.
Plans objectives of departments and works with staff to obtain
Maintains top quality service and reduces returns
Workplace safety
Builds and maintains customer relations and handles all concerns in a professional manner
Achieve sales, profits and efficiency by maximizing production, controlling costs, marketing and building clientele and establishing employee relationships
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or college degree
5 years combined experience in an automotive service environment
General understanding of mechanics
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong decision and multi-tasking abilities
