Supreme Basics (A Division of Supreme Office Products Limited) currently has a great opportunity available for Accounts Receivable Associate in our Regina Head Office! The primary responsibility of this position is to process assigned accounts receivable transactions according to procedure and policy guidelines. The primary goal of this position is to ensure all transactions are completed accurately within a precise daily schedule, and all customer inquiries are handled in an efficient, courteous and timely manner.
Primary Responsibilities include:
-Investigate and collect overdue accounts utilizing various customer contact methods.
Secondary Responsibilities include:
-Process credit card invoice payments.
-Prepare and complete daily deposits (by 3 pm daily).
-Receive, investigate and resolve varied customer inquiries.
-Provide scheduled billing reports to large-volume customers.
-Review, confirm and approve new account applications.
-Maintain department and customer database, records, files and forms daily.
Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
-Excellent organizational skills.
-Attention to detail and accuracy essential.
-Self-motivated and goal driven, with the ability to meet regularly defined deadlines.
-Effective research, analytical and problem-solving talents.
-Excellent interpersonal skills (the ability to effectively deal with others).
-Outstanding customer service skills and professional telephone etiquette a must.
-Ability to work both independently and as a member of a cohesive driven team.
Minimum Requirements:
-Grade XII-Keyboarding skills: 40+ wpm
-Demonstrated Knowledge-MS Word, Excel and basic Accounting

-Experience:1+ years collection/receivables experience
