The Wyant Group is now accepting applications for a Parts & Service Manager. We are looking for a person who is a leader, excels at team building as well as customer service, someone who enjoys and thrives on a challenge and someone who will enjoy working in a family environment.
As the successful applicant you will:
- Have previous automotive dealership experience
- Have superior customer service skills
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Be extremely organized
- Pay close attention to detail
- Have effective problem solving and mediation skills
In this exciting role, you will:
- Create goals and objectives for the team based on forecasts
- Monitor financial statements
- Come up with action plans to increase business
- Ensure that the departments meets all customer satisfaction and financial goals
- Facilitate training to new employees
- Fill in as a Service Advisor or Parts Person as necessary
- Advise service advisors and technicians on how to handle difficult situations
- Handle customer complaints tactfully, promptly, and with concern for the customer
- Keeping current on manufacturer warranty, claims processing and policy procedures and acting as a liaison with factory representatives
- Maintains a balanced inventory consistent with the requirements of the service department, body shop, wholesale accounts
- Establishes individual parts inventory levels and balances them for maximum turnover.
- Sets a policy on the special ordering of parts
