Description

Due to ongoing growth at The Glen at Crossmount we have created an additional position and are seeking a Program Coordinator. The Program Coordinator will undertake the responsibility in planning, organizing and assisting in marketing for programming, classes and workshops in our Arts Barn.

The goal will be to coordinate successful, interesting and unique programs for the public to attend, and to draw the general public to Crossmount.

Responsibilities:
- Creative and takes innitiative
- Planning and coordination of programming, classes and workshops in Arts Barn
- Researching and networking with external parties for programming
- Ensuring implementation of policies and practices
- Maintain budget and track expenditures/transactions for programs
- Assist in marketing of programs through media relations, social media ect.
- Schedule and organize meetings.events and maintain agenda
- Prepare paperwork and order material
- Keep updated records and create reports or proposals
- Support growth and program development
- Report to Director with program details for materials and budget overview

Requirements:
- Proven experience as program coordinator or relevant position
- Knowledge of program management and development procedures
- Knowledge of budgeting, bookkeeping and reporting
- Tech savvy, proficinet in Microsoft Office ( Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Flexibility with job responsibilities
- Creative and ability to think of creative fun activities
- Diploma, Certificate in related field.

This position is a full time half time position with possibility of becoming full time.
