Annaheim School requires a 1.0 FTE Secretary and this temporary position will commence on September 12, 2016 and conclude on June 30, 2017 or upon the return of the incumbent.
Salary and benefits are per the current H.P.R.S.S. Agreement. The hours of work will be arranged by the principal.
Qualifications:
Related post-secondary education
Computer skills, including demonstrated proficiency in Excel and Word
Strong interpersonal and effective communication skills, both verbal and written
Basic understanding of office procedures and bookkeeping is required
Secretarial experience
