The company has a career opportunity for qualified applicants at PotashCorp  Lanigan, located 100km east of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.

This position is responsible for providing support in various Human Resource functions, including labour relations, payroll and benefits, staffing and recruitment, data and reporting, employee relations and communications, and public relations. This position requires a team player with strong human relation skills who will maintain good communications and constructive working relationships with all departments. The ability to work with people from many different personal backgrounds is essential. The successful candidate will have effective communication skills (oral and written).

This position requires a degree from a recognized university, with preference for a commerce or administration program, and specialization in Human Resources. A minimum of 2 years directly related and progressively responsible experience in Human Resources, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing setting, is required. Preference will be given to individuals who are working towards a Human Resources Professional (CHRP) Designation. Educational and experience equivalencies will be considered.
