The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Developing & maintaining rapport with previous customers/buyers
* Greeting drop-ins, suggesting trade-ins and responding to inquiries
* Recommending sales campaigns and promotions
* Demonstrating vehicles by explaining characteristics, capabilities and features, taking drives, explaining warranties and service
* Completing reports for Sales Management to review
* Ongoing learning about the products, keeping up-to-date with competitors and marketing
* Strong communication skills including listening, in-person and telephone skills
* Previous experience in a sales role of some kind
* Demonstrated knowledge of or experience with vehicles; i.e. car rentals environment or a general interest and knowledge of cars
* Ability to understand a buyers needs and interests and match those needs to various models
