Adecco is currently recruiting two Industrial Systems or Mechanical Engineers to work for the client's Facilities & Storage Department. The first position job duties and requirements may include:
- Reviewing historical storage wellfile records, review and catalog the surface and downhole information and provide an engineering assessment of the data.
Targeted timeline for this project to be completed is estimated at a two year time frame but may take longer.
The second position job duties and responsibilities will
- Provide engineering to support capital projects in 2016 and 2017.
The client has a significant number of capital projects that were identified in their 2016 Storage Integrity Management plan and require additional help to complete well workover procedures, create cost estimates, and manage contractors or site supervise wellsite work in accordance Corporate standards and/or industry best practices.
This work load is currently projected to stay stable over the next several years and as such the contract allows for up to possible five years until December 31, 2020
Qualifications
- Be eligible for registration with APEGS as a Professional Engineer
- Candidate must have a valid Class 5 drivers license
- Degree is in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent program)
- Background in Oil and Gas Industry in an Engineering role
