BAR-B INN LTD Assiniboia Saskatchewan is looking for a hardworking, reliable Full-time
Motel Managing Supervisor to assist our Motel
Salary is $16.70/hr based on 36-40 hr/wk with 5.9% paid vacation (Part-time is welcome)
Qualifications are Completion of Secondary School
At least 1-2 years working experience in related field or Completion of college
Program in hospitality related program

Responsibilities:
-Ensuring smooth motel operation
-Co-ordinating the scheduling of staff members and room booking as required
-Preparing and submitting progress and reports
-Responding to any guest or employee concerns and resolving the problems
-Ordering equipment, supplies and machinery
-Handling guests, customer and employee complaints
-Training and developing staff in job duties, safety procedures and company policies
-Facilitating guest departures by providing accurate statements and ensuring guest
satisfaction
Candidate is willing to work variable shifts and weekend.
