Description

The Business Analyst/Project Managers chief role is helping clients in university colleges or administrative units translate their business needs into solutions that will support an effective online strategy.

Reporting to the Team Lead  Client Projects and Analysis the Business Analyst/Project Manager (BA/PM) will identify client needs, gather requirements, and lead client projects.  The work will involve development of business cases, project charters and project plans.  The BA/PM will lead client meetings and will use a variety of computer applications to document, analyse and report. Web and Collaboration Systems include web, self-service portal and SharePoint services.  Solutions will be implemented in a cost-effective way while maintaining alignment with the universitys enterprise architecture.
  
The BA/PM must establish and maintain professional relationships with staff, faculty and clients, while working in a fast-paced and deadline driven environment.  He/she must work effectively amidst the ever-changing landscape of technology and recognize new opportunities for collaboration. Work requires management of a heavy workload with competing demands and many diverse projects.  Frequent travel on campus will be required to attend meetings and to set up and deliver presentations.   Some scheduled work may involve evening and /or weekends.
