YourLink Inc. (a division of Vecima Networks Inc.) is seeking a Sales & Marketing Assistant with a passion for customer service, excellent communication skills and a positive attitude who is able to operate effectively in a dynamic, high energy environment in order to bring the best possible services to our newest customers.
Duties to include:
(but not limited to)
Acting as a friendly and engaging initial point of contact primarily via telephone or email.
Marketing to new and existing clients
Maintaining existing relationships through contact with clients and managing accounts
Maintaining activity logs of all sales and marketing activities utilizing customer relationship management (CRM) software.
Providing support to the sales and marketing team
Carrying out special projects related to market analysis, business development, sales and marketing effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.
Providing information and support to the current sales and marketing activities
Education Requirements:
Above average computer skills with some technical and/or customer service training.
Skills Required:
Passion for high quality, unrelenting customer service.
Self-motivation, excellent customer service and people skills, attention to detail, and superior organizational skills.
A willingness to take ownership of a customers problem and a desire to ensure that the clients problems and concerns are resolved in a mutually satisfactory manner.
A willingness to undertake special projects
A willingness to take additional training and grow a great career.
