Qualifications & Skills
Diploma certificate or undergraduate degree in communications, sales and marketing, business admin, office admin, or relevant field.
Experience with customer service in a sales role is an asset
Demonstrated aptitude for verbal (phone) and written communications (email and text).
Superior calendar, scheduling and time management skills
Experience with email marketing (i.e. mail chimp, constant contact, etc) is an asset.
Familiarity with customer relations management systems (i.e CRMs)is an asset.
Responsibilities
Customer Engagement Communication & Customer Service Roles
Book viewing appointments from online applications using phone, email and text.
Act as the first point of contact for all rental and sales inquiries
Answer customers questions about all available rental and sales developments
Book viewings
Provide directions, follow-up emails and text reminders for all viewing appointments after booking is confirmed.
Notify leasing and sales agents of viewing appointments via calendar invites
Track applicant and visitor feedback
Administrative Information Management & Support Roles
Maintain information binders for quick customer responses for rental and sales developments
Maintain customer notes and histories using database and calendar of appointments
Maintain database for client applications and viewings
