MAINTENANCE PERSON

We are currently seeking a part-time maintenance person, who works well in a team environment and demonstrates a strong work-ethic.

In this role, you will have the responsibility of identifying maintenance requirements, responding to employee requests, performing hands-on maintenance issues, installation, and repair work. These tasks include the following:

    RTUs, furnaces, unit heaters, MUAs, exhaust fans, HRV unit
    Overhead doors and operators
    Electrical troubleshooting and repairs
    Installation and repair of structured wire
    Assist IT person with adds, moves and changes
    Shop equipment maintenance
    Furniture installation and repair
    Plumbing repairs
    Carpentry, furniture building, framing
    Operating mobile power equipment including a forklift, skid steer, and aerial work platform
    Supervising contractors and inspecting work completed by contractors

The successful candidate should have a certificate or relative experience in plumbing, electrical, Hvac, carpentry, and welding. The position is well suited to a retired Journeyman trades person or perhaps that handyman who loves fixing things that other people can't.  A competitive rate with a flexible schedule will be a real reward to the successful candidate. The desired candidate should also demonstrate knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, & Office.
