Loyalty Consultant
Are you someone who enjoys interacting with people, whether in-person, on the phone, or email? Do you have experience working in the customer service industry? If so, and you have an exceptional personality to match, then Bennett Dunlop Ford is looking for you!
Our dealership continues to grow, to which the Loyalty Department is seeking qualified candidates to join our distinguished team.
This is a full time position, where you will be responsible for interacting and engaging customers, for the purpose of booking sales & service appointments. The desired candidate should have intermediate knowledge of computer and typing skills. Call center experience or experience in the automotive industry is considered an asset, but not a requirement.
In this role, you would be responsible for:
Completing outbound calls to customers
Receive incoming calls or internet requests
Engage customers in a courteous manner
Work hours are Tuesday to Friday, 11:00 am 8:00 pm and Saturday 9:00 am 6:00 pm
The successful candidate will earn $2500 in salary, plus monthly bonuses, with the potential to earn well over $40,000 annually.
