A position is available for a Site Superintendent.  As the primary contact between the Project Manager and the Labour Team, the Site Superintendent will assist in the efficient operation of our building and construction processes.  The objective of this position to ensure that the Labour Team (including any subcontractors) is managed effectively, providing leadership and mentoring, and to communicate with the Project Manager to ensure that jobs are completed on time and under budget.
Responsibilities include:
-manage projects in an organized fashion
-manage staff to achieve required results
-follow all company policies and procedures
-training and development of support staff
-work with the Project Manager to ensure manpower, materials and equipment are available in a timely fashion
-work well with customers to ensure customer satisfaction

-be understanding of normal and accepted construction methods in concrete, steel, and wood frame construction
-be able to make quality decisions in a changing environment
-possess a proactive, problem solving orientation
-be able to achieve timely, quality results
-be able to analyze situations to determine the correct course of action
