The Yorkton Terriers Junior Hockey Booster Club Inc. is a not-for-profit organization that operates the Saskatchewan Junior Hockey League franchise located in Yorkton, Saskatchewan. We are looking for a qualified individual to fill our office manager position.
Reporting to the Board of Directors and the General Manager/Coach, the office manager will have proven organizational skills, a firm commitment to customer service and an ability to work with other Terrier staff members and volunteers. You will have a working knowledge of office software (MS Office, Sage 50 Accounting Software, Point of Sales software).
Duties will include running the day-to-day operations of the business office, including coordinating souvenir sales, maintaining the accounting and organizing records, assisting with season ticket sales, game-day operations and club sanctioned functions.
This is a permanent part-time position (3/4). Salary is dependent on qualifications and experience.
