Are you ready to apply the skills and knowledge youve gained through your engineering studies and make a contribution to Saskatchewans future power generation?

SaskPower is looking for enthusiastic Civil Engineers to join the Operations Engineer-In-Training (EIT) training program.  The purpose of the EIT training program is to provide new Engineers with the opportunities to learn the various aspects of engineering in electrical, transmission, distribution and power generation.  As an EIT, you will be assigned to power generation plants, construction sites or engineering support groups, for terms of 18 months.  The EIT training program is designed to maximize your development; as a result, you will relocate to alternate locations, within Operations, every 12 to 18 months.

Our ideal candidates has a degree in Civil engineering, must be eligible for membership in the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Saskatchewan, and will have strong written and verbal communication skills.

The closing date for this competition is June 5, 2016.

Candidates under consideration will be required to participate in assessment process consisting of any/all of the following:  interview, abilities test, case study and/or presentation.
