We have a fantastic opportunity through a preferred and loyal client, one of Saskatchewans leading insurance providers, for a qualified Senior Commercial Insurance Advisor. As the successful applicant, you will take on a leadership role as you grow business and provide exceptional customer service in this rewarding position!
Specific duties will include:
- Lead a team and monitor the client/service team relationship
- Generate new business and grow a profitable book of business
- Promote and sell insurance services and products to business clients
- Evaluate client risks, loss experience, and financials to develop solutions, articulate impact of options, and make recommendations to clients across product lines
- Be directly responsible for the coordination and execution of day-to-day client service and quality account management.
- Manage the engagement of the appropriate resources and team members.
- Keep current on client issues, industry and market trends.
- Build solid relationships to resolve internal and external issues.
Education & Experience:
- CAIB or CIP & Level 3 Insurance License
- Completion of/progress toward CIP, CRM designation or equivalent education/experience
- Over 5 years directly related experience in Commercial Lines.
- Strong experience working with complex commercial accounts.
- Working knowledge of computers and ability to learn new software programs.
