Description

International Labour Centre (ILC) is a foreign recruitment and immigration agency with offices in Canada, Ukraine and Poland.

ILC Ag (www.ilcag.ca) is a dedicated effort of our Saskatoon team that provides human resources and recruitment solutions for agricultural clients and those allied to the industry.

Our clients are farmers (mostly located in Saskatchewan and Alberta) that need assistance with HR and foreign recruitment.

Clients Development Representative at ILC Ag can work from a home office so you can make your own schedule as sometime our clients can only speak at 6.00 or 7.00 in the morning, or their availability depends on the weather, and your residence location does not matter for us.

Your responsibilities will include promoting ILC Ag services, developing new clients, cold calling to prospective customers, presenting our services and generating leads for further follow up, working with company CRM. The job will also include traveling to our customers mostly across Saskatchewan and participating in Ag related trade shows and events.

We offer family-oriented working environment, international experience, flexible working schedule and competitive compensation package.

We are interested in an individual with farming background, who understands the needs of farmers, is goal-oriented, can work independently and computer literate. Previous experience in agriculture, HR or sales would be an asset.

Opportunity is open to Canadian Residents and Permanent Residents only.
