RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide administrative support in a busy, lively workplace
Answer and route incoming calls using a phone system with 5+ lines
Data entry and records management
File and retrieve corporate documents, records and reports
Assist with general office management, including ordering supplies and greeting visitors
Prepare responses to correspondence on routine inquires
Other duties as required
QUALIFICATIONS
1-2 years of administrative experience in an office setting is required
Able to manage priorities and provide exceptional customer service
Intermediate computer skills, with proficiency in Word and Excel
Minimum typing speed of 50 WPM
Excellent problem-solving capabilities and the ability to think on your feet
Upbeat, positive attitude with the ability to take initiative and work independently
Strong verbal and written communication skills
