As a Project Manager you would be required to manager multiple restoration files at any given time. On site estimation for residential and commercial mitigation and reconstruction. Schedule construction /cleanup crews and equipment. Schedule and supervise sub trades. Meet with Insurance adjusters and clients. Document claims, scopes of work and services provided including managing all contracts.
Professional qualifications and experience required for the job are as follows. A minimum of three year experience with disaster restoration contracting. Extensive understanding of insurance claims as they relate to restoration. Residential estimating experience with a home builder, renovator or restoration company. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Computer literate; Xactimate and Xactanalysis. IICRC certifications would be considered an asset
