If you're interested in using your skills to support both unionized and management job evaluation and compensation analysis, we'd like you to join our human resources team for a 12 month term opportunity as an HR Consultant Compensation & Job Evaluation in Regina. In this role, you are responsible for providing research, analysis, advice, assistance and support for the in-scope and out-of-scope compensation, job evaluation (JE), job analysis and job documentation functions for SGI and its regional operations. You will lead the in-scope job evaluation plan (including co-chairing in-scope committee meetings) and assist in administering the out-of-scope JE plan; price jobs; and write and maintain job descriptions. You will also provide functional supervision.
To successfully perform the role, you will bring the knowledge & skills you have obtained from your degree in business administration specializing in human resources and from completion of at least four Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) courses. You will also bring the knowledge & skills obtained from your three years experience in compensation or job evaluation. A Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP) designation would be an asset. An alternative combination of relevant education and experience may also be considered.
