Visionpool Talent is working with a leading Construction firm in Saskatoon to attract top Intermediate Commercial/Retail Construction Project Manager Talent.  Our Client Is a well established construction company and they are looking to add to their team in Saskatchewan.   Ideally, you already live in Saskatchewan; however we will look at candidates all across Canada that have the right set of experiences.  The teams within this great company are tight knit - they work hard and play hard together. With barbecues every Friday giving a chance to share stories from the field, it helps if you enjoy the social aspect of your job, as much of the technical.

Things you need to have:
Great communication skills
Minimum 5+ years of project management in construction (commercial, institutional,   multifamily and seniors housing, or renovations and retrofits)
Physically fit enough to work on large jobsites

It would be great if you had:
Postsecondary education in a related field (carpentry or construction or architectural technical diploma or engineering)
Past clients and coworkers that rave about your work
A desire to be part of a team that prides himself in excellence/quality

What youll be doing:
Delivery and administration of complex construction projects
Stakeholder management
Project tracking and project reporting
Quality control, Project schedule, cost control, and contract administration
