Description

Work from Monday to Friday 9:00am to 17:30pm.
Located at our head office at 300-2184 12th Ave, Regina
Responsibilities:
1. Plan, prepare and devise work schedules and arrange workloads to other workers.
2. Co-ordinate, assign, record, and save customers documents.
3. Assign and delegate work schedules and tasks to other workers
4. Resolve work-related problems and prepare the report.  
5. Review and evaluate team performances.
6. Establish customer care policies and procedures.
7. Analyze and conclude monthly complements and plan for next period.
8. Communicates with other departments and management to resolve problems and expedite work.
9. Oversee and offer suggestions to team members.  
10. Report customer feedback to customer service manager.
11. Keep abreast of the companys new farming products and services.
12. Oversee all services or products exchanges and returns rates, and report to develop department.
13. Isolate and identify areas of improvement.
14. Utilize social media to respond to customer complaints and praise.
15. Carry out preventive maintenance, keep records of all maintenance follow-ups and prepare daily reports of maintenance activities;
16. Make sure that all workers and sub-contractors understand and respect Health and Safety procedures;
17. Supervise and coordinate activities of workers engaged in customer service activities.
18. Review and check work of subordinates such as reports, records, and applications for accuracy and content, then correct errors.
19. Make recommendation to management concerning staff and improvement of procedures.
20. Ensure the implementation of Health, Safety and Environment procedures and emergency plans and, where required, participate in their revision;
21. Identify training needs and train workers in job duties and company policies;
