Administrative Coordinator- Regina

JOB FUNCTIONS:
Perform a wide range of administrative and logistical duties which include and are not limited to:
-Provide member services in the Regina Office - responding to various inquiries and assisting members.
-Provide administrative assistance to the Board and SAHRP staff which includes preparing board materials, gathering data and creating reports, and filing.
- Maintain accurate details and records of all members.
- Provide assistance to the Accounting Coordinator as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
To perform the job successfully, the candidate will be:
- Enrolled in academic studies at a post-secondary institution
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite programs and Web Databases
- Experienced in website administration
- Attentive to detail, excellent organizational and time management skills
- Professional and strong client focus
- Effective with both verbal and written communication skills
