Description

Regina Transition House is a well-established community based organization providing safe housing and support services for women and children.  We are seeking an independent self-directed professional with strong communication skills, solid organizational skills, time management, problem solving and interpersonal skills to join our team.  Expected duties will include payroll management, accounting, financial reporting and day to day administrative duties.

The Administrative Assistant will oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures including: telephone, email, correspondence, and filing, processing payroll, benefit administration and banking.  We are seeking a candidate who has competency with Simply Accounting Software and experience with financial reporting.  The successful candidate will also be able to assist with updating our website, maintaining our donor database and basic office equipment.
