If you're interested in the challenges associated with guiding and overseeing the alignment of corporate projects with strategic objectives, we'd like you to join our management team as the permanent, full-time Director Enterprise Program Management Office in Regina. In this role, you are responsible for managing the Enterprise Program Management Office (EPMO) for SGI and its regional operations. You will manage the enterprise Strategic Program Portfolio and support the organization in setting corporate priorities and aligning programs and projects to strategic objectives. You will also provide advice, guidance, direction and support to business areas on project management methodologies and strategies; manage and monitor the scope, budget, timelines, delivery and interconnectivity of strategic programs and projects; and identify, assess and address risks and issues at the program and portfolio level.
To successfully perform the role, you will bring the knowledge & skills you have obtained from your degree in computer science or business administration, as well as your Project Management Professional (PMP) designation. You will also bring the knowledge & skills obtained from your eight years of experience as a leader and project manager in the delivery of projects to support business operations. An alternative combination of relevant education and experience may also be considered.
