The Wascana Country Club is looking for self-motivated, team oriented employees who have extensive knowledge in the hospitality industry, or someone who is enthusiastic about learning how to provide the best customer experience in Regina. We have just completed a renovation in our lounge that will complement our newly created restaurant, The Wetlands, from last year as well as our Courtyard Patio increasing the food and beverage capacity and showcasing Regina's best food and drink. Wages start above hospitality standards and the potential for gratuity earning is above the industry average. The ideal candidate must have flexible availability including weekends. We are looking to fill 3 positions including 1 Full Time and 2 Part Time.
Food and Beverage Serving Skills
- Advise on menu selections
- Serve food and beverages, formal or French service
- Serve food and beverages, general plate service
- Present bills to customers and accept payment in cash, credit or debit cards, travellers cheques or room billings
- Describe menu items including daily specials for customers
Wine and Stewarding/Serving Skills
- Present, open, pour and serve wine in appropriate wine glassware
- Order and maintain inventory of wines and wine glassware
- Describe and advise on wine selection
Essential Skills
- Working with others
Transportation/Travel Information
- Own transportation
- Valid driver's licence
