Description

The Director of Care is the senior manager of the Orange Memories Personal Care Home, which is a 20 bed care facility.  The Director is responsible for the management of the other employees and ensuring that the residents receive quality care.  The key responsibilities include, but not limited to, working with the Management Board, communications, programs planning and evaluation, budget and resource management, resident and employee safety, facilities management, quality assurance, review all operational policies and procedures for the facility, including job descriptions for staff, organizational structure, human resource policies, standards of care and training needs.
