The Cathedral Centre for Wellness is seeking a dynamic and responsible person to be part of our team. You will be engaged in all aspects of our busy Naturopathic Medical Clinic, including appointment booking, inventory management, client services, and clerical support.. Knowledge of naturopathic medicine is not required, though an interest in health and a passion for wellness is an asset. The ability to handle stress is imperative, as we do have extremely busy periods. Please see below for more details.

Main Job Responsibilities include:

Answering phone calls and emails in a timely and pleasant manner
Processing client payments
Scheduling client appointments
Maintaining an organized workspace and client-friendly waiting room

Key competencies include:

Knowledge of Quickbooks 2016 software
Knowledge of Microsoft Office
Experience in reception and clerical procedures
Client service experience
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Attention to detail, and ability to organize
Stress tolerance and reliability



Wage is negotiable.
