Position Summary:
Responsible for managing the daily operations of the rental locations through team building and motivational techniques; achieve monthly targets and coordinate the direct rental sales activities of the location; resolve various customer service issues; process reservations; recommend and implement procedures and oversee the maintenance of the rental location. Recruit and supervise staff. Conduct daily and weekly sales calls in person and via phone.

Skills and Experience:
College Diploma or equivalent experience.
Sales orientation and knowledge gained within retail or commissioned sales environment.
Strong entrepreneurial spirit.
Familiarity with incremental sales and sales processes.
Ability to supervise, motivate and build a strong team of employees and accomp! lish stated objectives through others.
Strong analytical and creative problem solving skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multi task.
Minimum two (2) years supervisory/managerial experience with progressive skills and responsibilities.
Thorough knowledge of the car rental industry would be an asset, fleet accounting and personnel procedures.
Demonstrated sales ability.
Ability to work with personnel at all levels; team player and excellent customer service skills.
