Position Name: Inside Sales Coordinator
Location: Madero Saskatoon
Madero Distribution is a growing Canadian owned premium door and hardware distribution centre with locations in Saskatoon, Calgary, and Winnipeg. Our Saskatoon branch has an opportunity for the right individual to join our team.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Prior sales and/or building construction experience
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
The ability to meet multiple deadlines and prioritize tasks
Computer skills
Responsibilities:
Generate fax, phone and email quotes and orders.
Review and follow-up on quotes to convert to orders.
Communicate large jobs/opportunities with Territory Manager.
Provide all sales support for Territory Manager
Weekly/daily reviews with production on lead-times.
Review delivery runs and confirm all orders to ship.
Verify vendor confirmations
Shop/warehouse support
The ideal candidate is a self-motivating individual with a passion for getting the job done right, while attending to the details required of a sales role.
