DUTIES:
-Prepare and display all types of meat according to department standards and guidelines.
-Good communication skills and provide a high level of customer service.
-To assist in presenting a neat, clean fresh department.
-To be familiar with all lines of merchandise, handle and receive and store all meat as required.
-To observe all safety measures in department and security policies as outline by the association.
-To assist in proper care and maintenance of all equipment pertaining to the department.
-To perform cleaning and sanitizing procedures as required and outlined in the department.
-To assist in stock taking as required.
-To perform other duties and assume additional responsibilities as required.
