The   Guest   Service   Agents   are responsible   for   delivering  exceptional guest service as they
affect the guest experience at every level  by phone, in person and behind the scenes  it is
imperative  that  the  Guest  Servic e Agent  is  friendly,  respectful and  helpful  at  all  times;  the  key  responsibility  of  the  Guest   Service Agent is to be responsive to the needs of the guest and fellow team members at all times.
