Duties include:
- Leading a service technician team to provide quality service to customers
- Overseeing all jobs to ensure satisfaction for the customer
- Act as a liaison between the shop and front desk
- Manage shop in day to day operations
- Oversee the hiring and development of all staff
- Maintaining staff operations
Requirements:
- Ability to maintain and develop relationships with team members and customers
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Organization, time management, and problem solving skills
- Ability to maintain a valid drivers license
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to consistently lift 25 kilograms
Salary negotiable based on tire knowledge and industry experience; includes a comprehensive group insurance package and company matched pension plan.
