Our client is looking for a seasoned, dynamic Office Manager who is looking for an opportunity to be part of great team. The position encompasses responsibility of Human Resources, Bookkeeping and the day-to-day overseeing of the office.
The Role:
Assist the Sr. Management with:
Initial Recruitment
Managing & mentoring a team with respect to professional development and performance management
Administrative responsibilities with payroll and other HR processes
Complete Bookkeeping for the company
Participating in branch projects
Vendor maintenance, data entry of invoices
Facility management responsibilities
Purchasing office supplies
The Ideal Candidate:
Education in Human Resources and/or Office Administration
A minimum of 5 years supervisory experience
Excellent communication skills with all levels of the organization
Effective at motivating and supporting staff
Strong customer service dealing with internal/external stakeholders
Have a sociable disposition, you enjoy interacting with customers
Team spirit and commitment to continuous quality improvements
Must be a team player who is flexible and adaptable to a constantly changing, environment
Be attentive, really listen to the customers so you can provide excellent service
Enjoy working within various teams with varied responsibilities
Able to work in a fast paced environment and be results oriented
Must also have excellent MS Office skills
Knowledge of basic accounting principles
Positive attitude and good judgement
