The company has a career opportunity for qualified applicants at PotashCorp Rocanville, located in Southeast Saskatchewan.
Reporting to the Chief Maintenance Engineer, the Reliability Engineer is responsible for identifying bad actors for impacting production targets related to maintenance downtime, providing suggested strategies through data analysis to improve asset availability. They will be responsible for development and documentation of standard work procedures for improved maintenance activity, efficiency and effectiveness. They will also be accountable for management of reliability documents and processes for sustainability, standardization and maintenance of master data.
The successful candidate must possess a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical/Industrial Systems/Electrical Engineering, with 4-6 years experience in a reliability engineering team based environment. MMP or CMRP, experience with Oracle or other ERP / EAM systems would be an asset. This individual must have the ability to work in a team structure and independently with minimal supervision; good analytical and problem solving ability; good written and oral communication skills; ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment; and deal with a variety of changing solutions.
The successful candidate may be required to undergo a background check. All safety sensitive positions require a substance test in accordance with PotashCorp policy.
