Working with Richardson opens the door to a world of possibility.  We currently have an opportunity for a Regional Sales Agronomist at our Richardson Pioneer Ag Business Centre located in Balgonie, SK.  As a Regional Sales Agronomist you will contribute to the overall success of our customers and business  you are the one our region relies on for agronomic support, mentoring, and advice to maximize production and profitability for our customers

Responsibilities:
Visit producers on their farms and identify their agricultural needs specific to agronomy and crop production, contributing to increased sales volumes and overall location profitability
Provide agronomic services such as soil testing and recommendation of crop products
Develop opportunities for live demonstrations and tours with customers
Responsible for providing agronomic leadership and technical training within the assigned region

Qualifications:
Degree in Agriculture or Plant Science and/or a minimum of 5 years of direct agronomy and crop inputs sales experience
The Certified Crop Advisor designation is required and a Professional Agrologist designation would be considered an asset
Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
Must have the ability to travel
