Description

Southeast College is currently recruiting to fill a 9-week summer employment opportunity located in Weyburn, Saskatchewan.

Duties of the summer student will include, but are not limited to:
    Developing a marketing asset inventory that would identify the various places in the region where the College logo/name is found(both physical and digital)
    Assist assembling student welcome packages; arrange for delivery to each program and to track the receiver and number sent
    To assist with identifying and updating Southeast College owned manuals
    Assisting with event planning
    Inputting data
    Implementing electronic and paper filing systems
    Providing administrative supports including personal calendar management, preparing letters and documents and minute taking.

Hours of work/remuneration
Approximately June 13, 2016  August 12, 2016; 7.2 hours per day (Monday  Friday) =9 weeks of employment. 36 hours per week, $17.62 per hour and the position will be located in Weyburn.

Eligibility Criteria:
Student applicants must be:
    A Saskatchewan resident;
    Legally entitled to work in Canada;
    Enrolled as a student at a post-secondary school or institution and returning to full time studies after the period of employment

Skills required for this position:
    Basic computer skills
    Familiar with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
    Good working knowledge of electronic and paper filing systems
    The role would typically be suited to a business or marketing student
    Drivers license as some travel between campus locations may be required. A vehicle will be supplied.

    Multiple supervisors
