Riverside Hotel in Gainsborough is looking for an experienced and well qualified full-time cook to prepare and cook specialty cuisine in an authentic Chinese way.
The person will perform some or all of the following duties:
- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
- Plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies
- Participate in the procurement of daily and weekly inventories and requisite food and kitchen supplies
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene is maintained, refrigerators and storerooms are organized, and that all food products are correctly stored
- May help recruit and hire kitchen staff if necessary
Location of work: Gainsborough, Saskatchewan
Minimum Experience: Must have minimum three years experience in commercial food preparation of Chinese cuisine.
