Supervise and co-ordinate cashiers/CSR's.
Assign CSR's to duties and prepare work schedules.
Authorize the return of merchandise/refunds.
Sell/Upsell merchandise to customers
Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints.
Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise, stock product.
Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
Hire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff.
