ASSISTANT PROGRAM MANAGER
This is a Full Time Term Position for One (1) Year
with the possibility of an extension

The KidsFirst NORTH Program, a highly successful program for northern families, is a joint initiative of local, regional, and provincial partnerships. Under the direction and guidance of the Program Manager, the Assistant Program Manager leads and coordinates all elements of the KidsFirst NORTH initiative on the West Side of the Province (based out of Buffalo Narrows) including intensive prenatal and postnatal outreach and home visiting programs, supplementary mental health and addiction services, enhanced childcare supports, and various early learning and family support programs.

This is a senior management position requiring excellent:
- leadership, management & communication skills
- knowledge of early childhood development
- knowledge of community development principles
- ability to work with diverse organizations and individuals

In addition to the above qualifications a minimum of a Degree in the Human Services Field; 3-5 years managerial experience working with interdisciplinary teams. Other combined education and/or experience may be considered. Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle with the means and ability to travel throughout Saskatchewan.

An excellent remuneration package, including benefits, will be based upon qualifications and experience.
