SIGN, in partnership with the Sunrise Health Region, and a collaborative of community stakeholders is seeking an: Early Years Family Centre Facilitator based out of Kamsack, SK to operate a participative program for parents and caregivers and their young children, both in group settings and on an individual basis, in a variety of communities. This position will be 30 hours a week.
Duties:
Plan, organize, and facilitate an environment and program supporting the well-being of all families and young children.
Create collaborative working relationships with community partners and integrate their professional expertise into programming.
Ensure environment and programming follows the vision/ mission outlined by the Ministry of Education's framework and that the environment reflects the principles of the Play and Exploration Guide.

Qualifications:
ECC or equivalent experience/education, and/or a Human Services degree
Valid First Aid
Valid drivers license: ability to commute locally
CRC and VSC
Experience in early childhood education with young ones and their families
Able to work flexible hours
Able to work independently
Skills and Abilities:
Work creatively, problem solve, work as a team
Organizational and coordination skills
Understanding of available community resources
Oral, written, and interpersonal skills
Teaching experience
Ability to write comprehensive reports
Leadership and ability to coordinate multi-sectoral work
