Kelly Panteluk Construction Ltd., an established earth moving company based out of southeast Saskatchewan, is looking for someone to assist in the provision of meals for a camp kitchen based out of Estevan, Saskatchewan at our crew camp for our Highway 39 Twinning Project.

The number of persons staying at this camp is approximately 30-40, and could increase to 40-60 people to accommodate subcontractors as needed.

All positions require individuals that have a strong attention to detail and thoroughness, ability to plan and organize their work tasks and adaptability to adjust schedule if necessary. Must be able to work well with others and independently as required.

The night baker duties involve making a wide range of breads, pastries and other baked goods, hot breakfast daily, and sandwiches for bagged lunches. This position will involve working through the night to have breads, treats, sandwiches, and hot breakfast ready for the start of the day. This position will require a self-motivated individual who is able to set and monitor production schedules to meet the required demands. Must also work with the First Cook on menu planning and ordering of ingredients for baked goods. The successful candidate will report to the First Cook and must have a valid safe food handling certificate prior to starting.
