Roles & Responsibilities:
-Coordinating 1A gravel truck drivers and fleet for granular materials, and lowbed drivers on mob and demob of equipment as required by jobsites;
-Working with Department of Highways and local RMs to securing permitting for oversize loads and for road maintenance agreements for hauling equipment and granulars;
-Understanding safe work procedures for each jobsite including notifying clients and KPCL safety prior to entering site to arrange for site access;
-Implement internal bill of lading tracking system to track and updated equipment and attachment locations throughout all jobsites;
-Working with HR to recruit and hire for vacant positions, as well as train those employed if needed;
-Experience working with word, excel, email and VisionLink computer programs;
-Willingness to travel and work overtime if required; and
-Able to pass drug and alcohol test.
