The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing general interior/exterior building and property maintenance, using various machines, tools and equipment. Some customer service follow up is required with tenants and site teams including after-hours call outs.
What You'll do:
- Perform repairs on windows, blinds, doors, switches, plugs, appliances, equipment, fixtures and carpet, vinyl and ceramic tile replacement as directed
- Maintain building exterior including basic grounds maintenance as required and ensures pathways and parking lot are cleared of snow and ice, and maintains a log of removal and ice melt use
- Diagnose and repair basic to intermediate plumbing, heating and electrical problems

Specific Maintenance Activities
- Remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris and other refuse
- Perform routine maintenance jobs and repairs
- Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on heating, cooling and ventilation systems
- Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on plumbing systems
- Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on electrical systems
- Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on appliances
