Description

THE POSITION
Working in a team environment with other highly skilled, professional staff, the position is responsible for providing clinical supervision, program and administrative support to a team of frontline Addictions Program Workers who provide counseling, case management, and support services to clients with substance dependence.  The position takes a leadership role in the coordination, planning and development of an effective addictions program in the 7 member First Nations and the FNARF Outreach Gambling Treatment Program for the Dakota Dunes Casino catchment area.

QUALIFICATIONS
A Post-Secondary Degree in a social/health science, human services discipline or other related field;
Certification in the following areas are required: Chemical Dependency, Gambling Addiction and Counseling Skills;
Certification in the following areas will be considered an asset: Qualified Life Skills Coach and Family Systems Therapy;
Extensive knowledge in the area of mental health, addictions, and wellness issues in direct service delivery;
A minimum of two years in a clinical/supervisory capacity; ETC...
