Wells Camera & Sound is an established camera/electronics/cellular retailer looking for a retail sales clerk to join their team. This is a part time position to start that could turn into a long term, full time career in the future.
The successful applicant should have a genuine love and knowledge of photography and the photographic gear and technology.We work with the latest technology and handle retail sales of Photographic gear,Home theater including flat panel tvs,Cellular as well as photofinishing products. The successful applicant needs to have a strong work ethic, be outgoing, positive, good with people and have basic computer knowledge. A valid drivers license is mandatory and a criminal record check must be provided. The successful applicant ideally will live in Moose jaw or the immediate area. Retail sales experience is preferred but not needed. We will train. Starts @ $12.75/HR
The successful applicant will receive approximately 16 hours a week for the first 3 to 4 weeks for training. Then will increase to 24 to 28 hours a week. Must be able to work Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday during the training period. Then Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday's there after. Hours could increase during peak times throughout the year.
Please note: We are not looking for short term summer applicants.
Anticipated start date is mid June.
