We are looking for a part time Maintenance person to give our full time Maintenance man time off. Right now it's every other Sat/Sun for 3 hours each day. Plus any big projects you might be asked to help with. Your duties would be to do your daily checks, and everyday fixing to facility, equipment, etc if something breaks down. Plus mowing, shovel, etc depending on the season. So experience being a handy man would be a huge asset.
Specific Maintenance Activities
- Perform routine maintenance jobs and repairs
- Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on heating, cooling and ventilation systems
- Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on plumbing systems
- Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on electrical systems
- Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on appliances
- Move heavy furniture, equipment and supplies
- Paint
- Repair drywall
