Sakitawak Development is seeking a self-motivated individual to be part of its economic business development team as an Administrative Assistant / Receptionist on a temporary fulltime basis until June 2017 and on a casual basis there forth. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly efficient multi-tasker. This candidate would work the general hours of Monday through Friday, 9:00AM to 5:00PM - additional hours would be required occasionally.
QUALIFICATIONS:
-The ideal candidate will have office administration and reception experience and/or training and must be proficient in computer applications including Word, Excel and some basic accounting experience preferably with SAGE 50 Simply Accounting;
- Possess excellent communication skills, written & verbal;
- Friendly outgoing personality; confident, self-starter, and ability to take initiative;
- Ability to work effectively and independently with minimal supervision;
- Ability to handle confidential information;
- Excellent attention to detail & punctuality.
